Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for API keys, source control access, and compliance with your organization's policies.
- You must not use Actofy to violate applicable law or third-party terms (including model provider terms).
- You approve important actions explicitly. Actofy executes only within policies you configure.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass sandboxes, extract other users' data (hosted tiers), or use the service to generate malicious code intended for unauthorized access to systems.
Limitation of liability
Actofy is provided as-is during beta and early access periods. AI-assisted work can produce incorrect code, and you remain responsible for review before merge. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom SLAs.
